We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Business Analyst to help us understand business needs, analyze data, and support informed decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and business insights
• Assist in evaluating business processes and proposing enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new processes or tools
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and business guidelines

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical/operational role
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and translate data into insights
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting cross-functional teams
• Ability to visualize and map processes (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
