Key Responsibilities
- Own analysis of core algorithms and user engagement patterns to drive smarter matchmaking and discovery
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define KPIs and influence feature strategy
- Design and lead A/B experiments that unlock actionable product improvements
- Create compelling dashboards and data visualizations that inform executive decisions
- Communicate insights clearly across teams, translating data into real-world impact
- Explore behavioral data to uncover trends, gaps, and new opportunities for innovation
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years in a data analytics or data science role within a consumer tech environment (e.g., social, dating, gaming, e-commerce)
- Advanced SQL skills and solid statistical knowledge
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and product performance metrics
- Proficiency with BI tools like Looker, Hex, Sigma, Superset, or similar
- Strong communicator who thrives on collaboration and clarity
- Strategic thinker with a curiosity-driven mindset and bias for action
