Job Description
MES and digital system maintenance
Design and implement the digital architecture of the entire plant.
Management of MES server and database, trouble shooting and escalation to BD&BCI.
Server upgrade, migration and trouble shooting.
Overall management and maintain digital solutions application in plant.
Information security and privacy
IT Cost management.
Roll out ITM standard and implement central requirement of information security.
Mapping and manage current IT devices.
CIP to remove the potential ITM risks.
Data Governance
Standardize data structure and program documents of data management
Develop and implement digital solution to support business improvement
Promote the digital transformation in terms of training, project development and establishing process
Utilize manufacturing data platform (MDP) to develop digital solutions to contribute to business
Document or standardize manufacturing data platform application (MDP), usage process, sharing good practice
Relocation
Design and implement the digital architecture of the entire plan in Szh5
Keep pace with relocation project for MES build up in Szh5
Coordinator overall ITM device relocation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in MES and digital system maintenance.
Proven experience in designing and implementing digital architectures in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of MES server and database management, including troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
Experience with server upgrades and migrations.
Proficient in IT cost management and implementation of information security standards.
Ability to map and manage IT devices and conduct risk mitigation projects.
Expertise in data governance, including standardizing data structures and documentation.
Ability to develop and implement digital solutions that support business improvements.
Experience with manufacturing data platforms (MDP) and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent project management and coordination skills, especially related to relocation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in relevant IT security or data management standards is a plus.
