Senior Product Manager - Fintech Payments

Designation: Sr. Product Manager

Budget: 15LPA Max

Work Location: Chennai(Onsite Dubai)

Interview Mode: Telephonic/Google Meet

Week Off: Alternate Saturdays work and Sundays (fix holidays)

Responsibilities

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management or Project Leadership in the Fintech / Payments domain.
• Hands-on experience with NPCI integrations — UPI / IMPS / BBPS / AEPS / NETC / NFS, etc.
• Experience working with banks, PSPs, or payment switches.
• Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem, NPCI certification, and message handling protocols.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583, REST/JSON APIs, and HSM/Key Management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems.
• Prior experience working in payment gateway, payment switch, or aggregator environments.
• Understanding of bank settlement systems and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with NPCI developer portal, SOAP/REST API integration, and switch certification flows.
