DXC in Poland is located in three cities: Warsaw, Lodz and Wroclaw.
Application Services Global Delivery Poland located in Warsaw, offers software development and maintenance services to DXC Technology customers all over the world. Poland Center focuses on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, Web Solutions, SAP R/3 and SAP BW implementation, Application Management, Quality Assurance & Testing, Business and Systems Analysis. Most of GDAS Poland Center employees hold multiple certifications from Oracle, Sun, Microsoft, SAP, OBI, ISEB, ISTQB, ITIL, CMMI, PMP and Six Sigma.
The successful candidate will work within Analytics practice and be mainly responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) process of a solution delivered to one of our international customers from automotive industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for QA process for software development - Product Data Management System based on PTC PDMLink, adhering to the specified corporate standards.
PDMLink is used in the automotive industry to store and manage data about car components. It helps in organizing CAD models, specifications, and documentation, ensuring that teams have access to current and accurate information throughout the product lifecycle.
This includes continuous optimization of the problem management process, monitoring ongoing problem management and associated change management processes, supporting new release introductions.
Key tasks involve quality assurance, process optimization, continuous improvement, regular coordination meetings, effective testing and documentation practices.

Responsibilities:
• Tracking of issue statuses and assignments
• Participation in the weekly meetings on problem and change management
• Optimization of existing problem management, release and test processes in terms of the continuous improvement process
• Change management: formal and substantive review of change requests created in the HP Service Center
• Support in test case development
• Cooperation with stakeholders coming from other partner companies
• Defect management process - reporting on system stability and error processing
• Project Administration including User Management and Authorization, Management of Release Entries and Test Cycles
• Creation and adaptation of relevant documents - Test Management, Project Manual, Quality Assurance Plan and Test Concepts
• HP ALM Administration
• Smoke Tests
• Process documentations and optimizations
Candidate will work closely with customer, project managers, technical leaders and other test team members.
Mandatory Skills Description:
We require:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering from reputable university
• 1 to 4 years of experience as QA Engineer
• Solid understanding of testing process and deliverables
• Experience in Test Management tools (Jira)
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Autonomous, strong ownership and drive to get things done
• Eagerness to learn and adaptability to changes
