What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather and analyze business requirements while understanding customer business processes
• Build strong relationships with clients and governance organizations to manage change requests
• Create and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure system configurations meet requirements
• Perform system administration tasks and provide documentation and communication, including presentations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of experience
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical abilities and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business areas and manage changing priorities
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in a Federal environment
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Familiarity with the Cornerstone talent management product or similar systems
• Working knowledge of software testing and the agile framework
• Understanding of evolving AI concepts and applications
