Senior Webflow Developer

Are you a Webflow specialist with strong JavaScript skills and a passion for building world-class digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join our fully remote team and lead high-impact web projects for global clients.

About the Role

• Own the full development lifecycle of Webflow projects — from architecture to deployment and optimization
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites
• Create advanced interactions and animations (Webflow Interactions + custom JS, GSAP, etc.)
• Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript to build dynamic features and solve complex technical challenges
• Integrate Webflow with third-party tools, APIs, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Memberstack, etc.)
• Ensure top-tier performance, SEO, accessibility compliance, and clean structure
• Collaborate closely with designers and help define internal best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience
• Strong JavaScript knowledge — must be confident writing custom components and scripts
• Proven experience building advanced CMS structures and Webflow logic (conditional visibility, dynamic data, filtering, etc.)
• Strong portfolio of real Webflow projects (please provide links)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate confidently in a remote environment
  

Bonus Points For

• Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie, Swiper, SplitText, etc.)
• API experience (REST, JSON, third-party integrations)
