We are seeking a highly skilled AI & DSP Audio Engineer with strong expertise in digital signal processing and machine learning, as well as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer capable of owning full ML pipelines. This full-time remote role requires excellent English proficiency and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams.

You will design and optimize audio algorithms, build production-grade ML systems, and help advance the intelligent audio capabilities that power AZcare’s next-generation healthcare communication platform.

• Digital signal processing, audio analysis, and computer vision
• End-to-end ownership of ML pipelines
• Design, development, and optimization of advanced DSP algorithms
• Audio system tuning, microphone optimization, and acoustics modeling

• Scrape, extract, and collect data from online and offline sources
• Clean, label, and transform raw data into high-quality datasets
• Build scalable preprocessing and feature-engineering pipelines

• Build, train, and optimize ML models for real-world applications
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific use cases
• Integrate models into production-ready systems

• Perform prompt engineering for models such as GPT, PaLM, etc.
• Apply LLMs for summarization, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization
• Fine-tune or customize LLMs for healthcare and operational use cases

• Measure model performance using appropriate metrics
• Iterate, debug, refine, and scale to production reliability

• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations
• Translate complex data insights into actionable solutions
• Contribute to roadmap planning and technical strategy

• M.S. + 5+ years industry experience OR B.S. + 10+ years industry experience
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and APIs
• Hands-on experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML deployment
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset

• Audio ML, ASR, speech processing, or VAD experience
• Experience with vector databases, LLM orchestration, or agent frameworks
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments
