What you'll do:

Working alongside an award-winning global leader in the personal and leadership development industry, you will champion our digital programmes, resources, and events. Your focus will be on accelerating personal and professional growth for clients. You will:

• Market and promote our portfolio of digital personal development products and events.
• Implement attraction marketing strategies to acquire high-value clients.
• Lead values-based discovery calls with pre-qualified candidates.
• Use AI tools and our advanced CRM system to enhance productivity and performance.
• Contribute to a supportive, growth-driven culture through global training calls and community events.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to support the success of others.
• Commit daily time to your own personal and professional development.
