Summary:

Lead the continuous development of our client’s CDP, balancing long-term strategy with daily agile execution to increase revenue and improve the experience of our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Owner to lead the evolution of our customer data platform. This is a role that balances long-term strategy with day-to-day execution (50/50).

You will be the central hub, translating high-level business goals from our stakeholders into an actionable roadmap and a prioritized backlog for our development team. You will be responsible for the "what" and the "why," ensuring every feature we build delivers maximum value to our clients and our business.

You will join a focused, cross-functional squad (1 Implementation Engineer, 2 Developers, 1 UX Designer) and will be empowered to make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the product roadmap. Translate abstract business goals into a clear, prioritized backlog of features and user stories.
• Product Discovery & Customer Focus: Act as the "voice of the customer." Lead product discovery, conduct market research, and partner with UX to validate new opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics (KPIs) and leverage product analytics to make informed decisions. You will be expected to use data to justify priorities and measure feature adoption.
• Agile Execution & Enablement: Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demo for business team) and write clear, actionable user stories that empower the development team to build the right thing efficiently.
• Process Ownership (Greenfield Opportunity): Design, build, and own a new, scalable process for gathering, synthesizing, and actioning customer feedback, creating a tight loop between our users and our roadmap.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the Ad-Tech/MarTech ecosystem, including the concepts of CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), DMPs, DSPs, and SSPs.
• Data Literacy: You are comfortable using data to inform decisions, whether through analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) or basic queries.
• Communication & Collaboration: Professional English proficiency and a talent for communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Tools: Experience with modern agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Availability: Ability to align your working hours with a UTC+1 business day.

Nice-to-Have

• Direct, hands-on experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Hands-on experience with API tools (e.g., Postman).
