We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about designing, training, and deploying production-grade ML systems. In this role, you will work across the full ML lifecycle—from data acquisition to model deployment—and play a key part in developing state-of-the-art AI products.

• Signal processing, audio analysis, and computer vision
• Full ownership of ML pipelines from end to end

• Scrape, extract, and collect data from online/offline sources
• Clean, organize, label, and transform raw inputs into high-quality datasets

• Build, train, and optimize ML models for complex real-world problems
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specialized use cases
• Develop scalable feature engineering and preprocessing pipelines

• Perform prompt engineering for models like GPT, PaLM, etc.
• Apply LLMs for summarization, automation, content generation, and analytics
• Fine-tune or customize LLMs for domain-specific workflows

• Assess model performance using appropriate metrics
• Iterate, refine, and scale models to production-quality reliability

• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Translate data insights into actionable technical solutions

• M.S. + 5+ years industry experience OR B.S. + 10+ years industry experience
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Solid experience with web scraping tools (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and APIs
• Hands-on experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML deployment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous-learning mindset

• Experience with audio ML, ASR, speech processing, or VAD
• Experience with vector databases, LLM orchestration, or agent frameworks
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments
