Lead Web3 Developer (Flutter, Blockchain)

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange company, offers fully remote work and flexible work arrangement. In this role, You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of Web3 products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team, overseeing demand iteration processes, risk management, technical solutions, and team member development.
• Code Quality Control: Ensure the quality of business code and testing processes, promote the establishment of business frameworks, and push for performance optimization and monitoring to enhance overall stability and health of the applications.
• Framework Optimization: Continuously optimize and evolve the Web3 wallet and chain management business framework, ensuring efficient iterations of the product.
• Technology Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on new technologies in the Web3 community and the development trends of blockchain technology. Actively research blockchain networks and protocols to inform new connections and product iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Mastery of Flutter with 5+ years of relevant development experience
• Preferably has several years of management experience
• Extensive experience in Web3 development, with a focus on various wallet types (MPC, custodial, non-custodial), and on-chain transactions (swap, cross-chain)
• Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms related to mainstream blockchains, capable of designing transaction signing processes and understanding network gas fee estimation and transaction broadcast mechanisms
• Knowledge of ERC-20, consensus mechanisms, swap, cross-chain bridges, and DEX protocols
• Knowledge of DApp browser or WalletConnect working principles and their optimization strategies
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
