About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join the team. You’ll play a pivotal role in building AI-driven products, working with diverse data sources to deliver predictive insights, personalized recommendations, and automated solutions.
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, but you’ll need to be available during US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for use cases like property recommendations, pricing predictions, and virtual assistants.
- Build scalable data pipelines to clean, preprocess, and integrate data from multiple sources (MLS data, user behavior, financial trends, geospatial data).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business goals into AI solutions.
- Develop and integrate robust APIs to ensure real-time performance and reliability of AI services.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and optimize platform capabilities.
- Monitor and refine production models to maintain performance and accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest ML/AI advancements and apply innovative approaches to real estate tech challenges.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience in building data pipelines (Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services (e.g., SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
- Experience with real-time data integration and API development.
- Bonus: experience with real estate data (e.g., MLS systems) and geospatial datasets.
- Independent, proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Background in real estate or proptech.
- Experience with reinforcement learning or advanced ML techniques.
- Understanding of modern web technologies (React, Node.js) for close coordination with frontend/backend teams.
