- Be the Client’s Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact for relocating clients, guiding them through the entire moving process with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate Moves with Precision: Oversee the door-to-door process, including packing, transportation, customs clearance, and unpacking for long-distance and international relocations.
- Collaborate with Vendors: Partner with service providers to ensure they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Resolve issues promptly, adapt to changing schedules, and inform clients at every step.
- Manage Financial Details: Handle cost estimates, policy exceptions, billing accuracy, and invoicing with attention to detail.
- Leverage Your Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in household goods relocation, including freight forwarding by air, sea, and land.

- Certifications: FIDI/FAM certification or equivalent experience is a plus
