About The Role
We are hiring a Recruiter with strong experience in Finance, BFSI, and Fintech non-tech hiring. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to high-end finance roles and support clients with quick, quality closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, BFSI, and Fintech (Non-Tech) roles.
- Source talent via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, headhunting, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for roles such as:
- Accounts & Finance / FP&A / Business Finance
- Financial Analyst, Risk, Audit, Equity
- Compliance / Treasury / Operations
- Credit / Underwriting / Loan Processing (BFSI)
- Wealth Manager / Product Manager (Finance)
- Close mid to high CTC roles (including 30–50+ LPA profiles).
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Use advanced sourcing tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, Dripify, etc.
- 2–3 years’ experience in Finance / BFSI / Fintech (Non-Tech) hiring.
- Strong understanding of finance job functions and domain-specific evaluations.
- Proven experience in high-value, senior finance hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Salary up to ₹45,000 per month.
