Job Description Our Western Canada Teamis set to launch several exciting new projects in late summer and early fall, providing unique opportunities to engage with high-profile clients and drive transformative initiatives across diverse industries. We are looking for exceptional consulting professionals who have a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and with hands-on experience on business processes or technology projects. Qualifications ROLE OVERVIEW As a Business Analyst, you will be working as part of the Sia Partners team, delivering on various projects to our clients. Key responsibilities will include standard BA deliverables such as requirements elicitation and documentation, process mapping, fit/gap analysis, solution design/validation, workshop facilitation & coordination through implementation, testing and post-implementation support, including development of end-user training materials and training. Qualifications We are especially interested in meeting Business Analysts with the following experience: Mandatory Requirements: 5-10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst on Business and/or IT / Technology projects with significant impacts to business process Strong experience with Business Process assessment and optimization Strong experience with facilitation : leading workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and leading training sessions. Experience with Change Management is considered an asset Experience working in utilities, public sector/government, and banking will be considered an asset Business Analyst (CBAP), Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, BPM and related Certifications will be considered an asset Other Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology or equivalent education plus experience Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members) Exceptional facilitation, presentation & communication skills - Ability to interact with key business stakeholders as well as technical team members Proven ability to work with the project team and stakeholders (Subject matter experts, business users, Engineering, Technical and QA teams) Experience working on HR-Information Systems (HRIS), Human Capital Management and/or Learning Management Systems implementation & enhancement projects (some examples could be Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.) Strong knowledge of HR-operations and functions, covering all stages of an employee lifecycle (recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, learning & development, succession planning/mentorship programs, & etc.) Strong documentation skills including BRDs, as-is / to-be mapping etc. Strong experience with MS Visio and/or other process mapping and visualization tools Additional Information About Us Sia Partners is a next-generation consulting firm focused on delivering superior value and tangible results to its clients as they navigate the digital revolution.
