We are expanding our network of experienced Data Engineers for upcoming contract and permanent roles with our Australian clients. If you’re passionate about cloud data architecture, scalable pipelines, and end-to-end data engineering, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and optimise cloud data architectures using Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
• Lead data integration, migration, and new system implementation projects.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
• Implement data governance, security protocols, and best practices.

Skills & Experience Our Australian Clients Look For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and other Azure services.
• Proven experience in data integration, migration, and building new data systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or PySpark.
• Experience with data modelling and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Databricks.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
