About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Backend Developer with a strong foundation in Node.js, Express.js, and SQL databases to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building RESTful APIs, ensuring code quality, and integrating backend functionalities seamlessly within our modular monolithic architecture. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eagerness to learn, and a passion for backend development are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of core programming concepts, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Typescript or JavaScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Design and optimize SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to support application needs. Implement a modular architecture that promotes scalability, code reusability, and maintainability. Handle API integration with frontend components and external services, ensuring seamless communication across systems.

Maintain version control using Git and GitHub, adhering to best practices for code management and collaboration. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, following SOLID principles and object-oriented programming standards. Debug and optimize backend performance, addressing bottlenecks and improving overall system efficiency. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment of features. Additionally, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
