- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Proven ability to effectively communicate requirements with stakeholders and development teams
- Strong experience in requirements management and creating various technical documentation
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Experience with MS Visio or similar diagramming tools
- Familiarity with database entity design and SQL
- Knowledge of Figma and common education data standards
- Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of software and database development concepts
