Salary : 22 to 29 LPA

We are hiring a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Azure Cloud, and Python development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying modern AI/ML and GenAI solutions that accelerate digital transformation.

This is a senior technical role requiring advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, high-impact AI systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions using Python and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable AI architectures.
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for targeted business use cases.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models.
• Evaluate and integrate the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards, model fairness, interpretability, and governance frameworks.

• 5+ years of strong experience in AI/ML engineering and Python development.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Llama, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Expertise in Azure Machine Learning and cloud-native AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Certifications in Azure AI, Python, or AI/ML specializations are an advantage.
