We’re Allie, a fast-growing startup reimagining how employees learn at work. Our AI-powered platform transforms training into engaging, personalized, and gamified experiences — helping companies make learning something employees actually enjoy.

We’re now looking for a Director of Learning Strategy & Content Design — a senior HR / L&D leader who will shape the future of our content and training strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders to define what we teach, how we teach it, and why it matters.

If you’re passionate about creating learning experiences that blend psychology, storytelling, and AI — this is your chance to lead from the front.

• Define and lead the content strategy for Allie’s next-gen training modules
• Identify the most impactful training topics for modern organizations — from leadership to communication to team collaboration
• Design learning architectures that combine gamification, behavioral science, and storytelling
• Work with AI and product teams to turn ideas into scalable, engaging learning journeys
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to build our content creation framework
• Stay ahead of L&D trends, ensuring our product stays cutting-edge and effective

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Psychology, ideally with leadership or director-level experience
• Proven track record in building or scaling learning programs or platforms
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, digital learning design, and gamification
• Strong strategic mindset — able to translate business needs into learning outcomes
• Curiosity and excitement about AI, behavior change, and the future of work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll work hand-in-hand with the founders
