A rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in cryptocurrency accounting, tax, and bookkeeping solutions is hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled project leader who thrives in agile settings and excels at coordinating engineering, product, and customer success teams across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to define goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Implement and optimize agile processes (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
- Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the main communication link between globally distributed teams.
- Track project progress using tools such as ClickUp, Confluence, or Trello.
- Generate progress and risk reports for leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience (preferably in SaaS or tech startups).
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Understanding of SDLC and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-regional and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
Preferred Skills
- PMP or CSM certification.
- Exposure to crypto, fintech, or accounting software industries.
- Experience in risk assessment and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
