Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive visual strategy across web, mobile, and other digital channels
Create visually engaging and intuitive user interface elements for our web and digital properties
Combine various colors, typography, and design components to craft appealing and user-friendly layouts
Brainstorm innovative ideas, layouts, and graphics to enhance the user experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of user interface design workflows
Passion for design thinking and a keen eye for detail, including layout, design consistency, and spacing
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and effectively translate it into design solutions
Strong communication skills to clearly present design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams
Capable of working closely and collaborating with developers and the UI/UX team
Self-motivated, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of animation techniques using tools like Premiere and After Effects
Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and web content creation
