As part of our continued European expansion, we are seeking a Lifecycle & People Operations Specialist to join our remote team, focusing on the German-speaking (DACH) region.

Job Summary

As a Lifecycle & People Operations Specialist, you will manage the full employee lifecycle for temporary and EOR workers across select EU countries—primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This fully remote role is ideal for a German speaker ( C1) with experience in HR or operations, eager to grow expertise across multiple jurisdictions. Infotree will fully fund all professional certifications and qualifications required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end EOR lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, payroll, benefits, and offboarding.

• Ensure compliance with EU labor laws, posted worker notifications, and staff leasing regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits.

• Develop streamlined HR processes for payroll, reporting, and compliance tracking.

• Support recruiting activities (candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract preparation).

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure GDPR compliance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve EOR-related issues such as visa/work permits.

• Stay up to date with labor law changes and update internal processes accordingly.

• Train and pass required DACH compliance exams, fully sponsored by Infotree.

Requirements

• German speaker (C1 C2 mandatory).

• Proficient in English; Dutch or other EU languages are a plus.

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, or operations (staffing/global teams preferred).

• Solid understanding of European employment laws; cross-border compliance experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field (or equivalent vocational training + 2 years’ experience).

• Must be based in the EU/EEA with valid work authorization.

• Comfortable using HR tools, spreadsheets, and legal documentation.

• Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented communicator.

• Background in temporary staffing, EOR, or HR operations.

• Familiarity with DACH labor laws and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in remote or distributed teams.

• HR or compliance certification is an asset.
