About the role:
We’re looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to own the quality process across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations.
In this role, you’ll turn business requirements into precise test plans, execute rigorous testing, and ensure every release meets the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, admins, and project leads in a fast-paced Agile environment, helping deliver seamless Salesforce experiences to enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Define test strategy, detailed test plans, and traceable test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Test configurations, flows, automations, permissions, and integrations to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
- Track, prioritize, and drive resolution across teams maintaining a clean release pipeline.
- Maintain test environments, prepare datasets, and participate in go-live readiness reviews.
- Clearly track and share quality metrics, status, and risks with project stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of software QA experience, including recent Salesforce project testing.
- Strong hands-on manual testing skills; exposure to test automation concepts a plus.
- Familiarity with API testing and end-to-end data validation.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail comfortable collaborating with distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce or QA certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, ISTQB).
- Experience with test automation frameworks or Salesforce test management tools (Selenium, Copado).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management best practices.
