Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer

Location: Fully Remote

Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Teraleads, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. 

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating clean and aesthetically pleasing visuals, and a portfolio showcasing their ability to design for blogs, social media platforms, meta ads, and more.

This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design engaging visuals for blog posts, social media platforms, and digital ads (images, carousels, videos).

– Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all design projects.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that support content strategies and campaigns.

– Produce designs that are optimized for web and mobile use.

– Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a clear, cohesive message.

– Revise designs based on feedback and iterate to meet project goals.

– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Essential Qualifications:

– 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work in digital design.

– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

– Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.

– Ability to build a strong and cohesive brand across different platforms.

– Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

– Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Desirable Skills:

– Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

– Familiarity with design for paid advertising and understanding of what works visually in ads.

– Knowledge of current design trends in digital marketing and social media.
