In this role, you will develop technical solutions and management processes by implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions using the company’s or a third-party’s hardware/software products. You will also recommend solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Additionally, you will participate in sales and proposal presentations and complete ongoing team account activities. Furthermore, you will identify additional product/services opportunities within the customer organization.
You will report to Supervisor located in Katowice.
Our job is hybrid, we work from office located in Katowice, Francuska.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Microsoft ACL table for file/folder permissions
- Design and maintain Active Directory Architecture
- Configure Microsoft clustering for high availability
- Perform performance monitoring techniques on server software and hardware
- Resolve server hardware and software issues remotely
- Manage VMWare virtualization
- Support Linux systems
Qualifications
- Experience with various server and storage hardware types including discrete servers, blade servers, and Storage Area Networks
- Proficiency with Active Directory tools and utilities, including VMWare management console
- Understanding of EMC SAN Storage hardware
- Knowledge of network and SAN switching technologies
- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a global operation 24/7
- Adherence to company standards and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT Windows Servers and Virtualisation.
