Associate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Basel (on-site) | Contract: Permanent

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and supporting exceptional candidates cross the life sciences industry. From crafting job postings and screening applicants to preparing candidates for interviews and managing feedback, you will handle the full recruitment process while developing strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Main Responsibilities:

• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Source active and passive candidates through networking, digital tools, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and relocation needs.
• Act as a functional area expert, understanding client requirements and job specifications.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
• Stay informed on Swiss employment legislation and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within the life sciences sector.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) or other applicant tracking systems.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
