We’re seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, interaction design, and deep familiarity with AI or Agentic AI products. You’ll be designing interfaces and experiences that bring intelligent systems to life — ensuring usability, clarity, and delight are at the heart of every interaction.
This role requires a Figma expert who understands not just how to design beautiful products, but how to collaborate seamlessly with developers, maintaining design fidelity throughout the handoff process.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, modern, and visually compelling interfaces for AI-powered platforms and applications.
- Lead end-to-end UX processes — from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design delivery.
- Create and manage Figma design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs with clear documentation.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine user flows and ensure consistent user experiences.
- Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Contribute to GrowthRune’s brand and product identity, shaping how AI feels and functions in user interfaces.
🧩 What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within tech or AI products.
- Master-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, and auto-layouts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating AI product or agentic interface design (or data-driven, complex systems).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design patterns.
- Experience working closely with developers and knowledge of design-to-code handoff best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

- Familiarity with tools like Framer, Zeplin, Storybook, or Chromatic for UI implementation.
