About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Python frameworks and cloud technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating scalable architectures, optimizing application performance, and integrating complex data systems. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical requirements. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Python developer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You should have in-depth knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with extensive experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with microservices architecture, serverless frameworks, and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes is essential. You should have hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, and be proficient with ORMs like SQLAlchemy and Django ORM. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple API integrations are crucial. A background in frontend technologies like React or Vue, along with knowledge of authentication mechanisms, will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable code.
• Design and develop high-performance applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Optimize application performance across various cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead the integration of user interface elements with server-side logic, working closely with front-end developers.
• Develop and maintain scalable database schemas to support complex business logic and large data volumes.
• Implement data integration from multiple sources and ensure seamless data storage and retrieval.
• Conduct thorough testing using tools like pytest and unittest, debugging and troubleshooting applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
