We are seeking a part-time PowerBuilder developer to provide sporadic support as needed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience with PowerBuilder and strong proficiency in software design, development, and testing. This is a 12-month remote position.

Position is 100% remote

Duration: 12 months
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours in the first month, then sporadic support as needed

Required Skills and Experience:
Primary Skill Set:
• 2–5 years of hands-on development experience with PowerBuilder
• Strong proficiency in software design, development, and testing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Collaboration Requirements:
• Coordinate closely with IT management, team members, and agency personnel to ensure continuity and quality of application support.
Interview Process: Virtual Teams meeting with camera on
Equipment and software provided by the state's IT Division
Security Comments: State of North Dakota conducts fingerprinting and all on boarding compliance. Once they have provided results, MSP Delivery Specialist will indicate status on the Onboarding Checklist.
