We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Direct Hire Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients. Position Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire positions across various disciplines
• Conduct intake calls and develop strong understanding of client hiring needs
• Source, engage, and attract qualified passive and active talent using multiple channels
• Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Facilitate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and closing strategies
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and clients
• Track and manage pipelines, candidate progress, and recruiting metrics in ATS
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent and hiring leaders
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a high-touch approach

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (direct hire or full-cycle strongly preferred)
• Agency / executive search background a plus
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent in competitive markets
• Experience managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• High motivation, resilience, and drive to meet goals and deliver results
• Ability to operate independently, stay organized, and maintain a strong candidate experience
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
• Team-first mindset — collaborates, shares market intel, and supports the collective mission, not just personal wins
