CORE SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll thrive in this role if you're equal parts campaign executor and marketing strategist. Here’s what we need:
- Extensive Facebook (Meta) Ad Experience: Creative Production & Ad Buying
2+ years of Meta Ads experience; has managed $100K+ in combined Facebook/Instagram ad budget; knows how to create images/videos that convert and run structured A/B tests.
- Google Ads Experience
Has run successful Google Ads for service companies and knows how to improve campaigns over time.
- Graphic Design & Creative Production
Able to create graphics for Meta Ads with a strong eye for strategic design.
- Funnel Building & Website Page Design
Experienced in building high-converting funnel designs for ad landing pages and websites. Experience with GoHighLevel is recommended.
- Systems for Flawless Fulfillment
Manage assets, tasks, and timelines in Airtable, GoHighLevel, and ClickUp with rigorous QA to ensure clean execution without errors or delays.
Marketing Ops & Strategy
- Performance Marketing Strategy
Expert at running structured A/B tests across funnel elements, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
- Great English Copywriting Skills
Able to write and refine Email, Landing Page, and Social Media copy.
- Analytics & Advanced Reporting
Experienced in creating detailed marketing reports and breakdowns; analyzes data to determine where to spend marketing budget; able to report to C-suite on marketing effectiveness and ROAS/ROI. Comfortable creating executive dashboards in Google Looker Studio or equivalent.
- Operational Cadence
Organize recurring timelines and reporting cycles; audit and improve performance reports; spot trends across campaigns to advise next moves; support content tweaks and message positioning; brainstorm test angles and seasonal pivots.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Execute and oversee all aspects of monthly Meta and Google campaigns, funnels, and landing pages
- Ensure tracking is accurate and results are clearly reported via dashboards
- Own timelines, follow-ups, QA, and internal workflow accountability
- Partner with Client Success to retain and grow accounts
- Constantly improve systems, reports, creative testing frameworks, and delivery quality
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years in performance marketing, marketing ops, project management, or fulfillment
- Strong understanding of executional workflows in service-based marketing
- Has managed $100K+ in combined Meta ad budget and is comfortable scaling responsibly
- Detail-obsessed with a high standard for accuracy and speed
- Able to prioritize, self-direct, and stay accountable in remote work
- Great English copywriter for ads, emails, landing pages, and social
- Bonus: Experience in GoHighLevel, Airtable, direct mail, and presenting insights/ROAS to C-suite; Looker Studio proficiency
AVAILABILITY & COMPENSATION
- Hours: Full-time, 8AM–5PM MST (occasional flexibility required)
- Pay Range: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month + performance commission
- Location: Fully remote (global welcome with aligned time zone availability)
