Job Description
Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support integration between Oracle Database authentication and Azure Active Directory using Oracle Enterprise User Security (EUS) or equivalent mechanisms.
- Configure Oracle Database authentication via LDAP, Kerberos, or SSO leveraging Active Directory and Azure AD DS (Domain Services).
- Develop and document integration workflows for user provisioning, role mapping, and group-based access control.
- Assist in the migration of legacy on-prem AD-integrated Oracle systems to Azure AD hybrid environments.
- Work with IAM and security teams to align database authentication models with corporate security policies and identity governance frameworks.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues between Oracle DB, AD, and Azure AD.
- Support migration of on-premises AD-integrated Oracle environments to hybrid or cloud-based architectures.
- Implement best practices for security hardening, audit logging, and compliance (e.g., SOX, ISO, GDPR as applicable).
- Develop automation scripts for configuration, synchronization, and user management (using PowerShell, Python, or shell scripting).
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to operational teams.
- Must have 10+ years of experience managing and integrating Oracle Databases (12c, 19c, or later) with enterprise identity solutions.
- Must have 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and/or Azure AD Domain Services integration.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise User Security (EUS), Oracle Wallet Manager, and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) or equivalent LDAP directories.
- Strong understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, and SSO authentication mechanisms.
- Solid understanding of network security, encryption, and IAM principles.
