What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate with business and technology teams to determine system requirements and specifications
• Analyze business and technical processes to develop new and modified information processing systems
• Document product/service requirements and develop test procedures to ensure user requests are executed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements and track customer needs
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide project execution
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing documentation, and collaborating with developers
• Extensive experience using Jira for managing user stories, epics, and issues
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite
• Experience managing a team of Business Analysts and Technical Writers
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting integrations as a Business Analyst in backend processes without GUI interfaces
• Familiarity with VA Corporate Database, MPI, VA Profile Database, and existing API services in the VA network
• Experience working with VA and/or other Federal Agencies
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Well-versed in Agile Methodology, particularly in the VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP)
