Business Analyst Internship

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst Intern to support our AI and automation initiatives. You’ll help translate business needs into technical requirements, analyse workflows, and assist in delivering intelligent solutions. This is a fully remote internship open to candidates based in Southampton or across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Analyse processes and identify opportunities for AI-based automation.
• Assist in developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process maps.
• Support testing and validation of AI and automation solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and workflow summaries.

Required Qualifications

• Studying or recently graduated in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets).
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Python, SQL, or workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
