The Role
This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager - Growth & Operations to join our small but mighty marketing team. This role blends creative execution with data-driven strategy to fuel both new and expansion revenue. You’ll have true ownership across systems, campaigns, and content — and the autonomy to build, test, and scale what works.
What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of HubSpot (automation, reporting, workflows)
- Creation and promotion of our data and benchmark reports
- Coordination with contractors and partners on content and design
- Weekly email newsletter for prospects and customers
- Monthly webinars (one for customers, one for prospects)
- KPI tracking and marketing performance reporting
- Management of sponsorships and in-person events
- Authoring and posting weekly blog and social posts
- Oversight of EveryoneSocial’s employee advocacy program
- Expert use of Google Analytics and HubSpot to analyze results
About You
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
- Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM integrations
- Strong writer and communicator - confident creating polished marketing assets
- Self-starter who loves ownership and autonomy
- Collaborative, curious, and outcome-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
