Primary title (optimized): Talent Acquisition Specialist (Target-Based)

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, target-driven hiring for assigned roles: source, screen, interview coordination, offer and closure to meet monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Design and execute high-impact sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, niche boards, referrals) to build and maintain active pipelines for priority verticals.
• Manage ATS workflows, maintain accurate candidate data, and deliver timely status updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Drive interview process efficiency—screening, scheduling, interview feedback loops, and structured debriefs—to reduce time-to-hire.
• Lead offer negotiations and candidate closing activities, ensuring competitive packages and a high acceptance rate against targets.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and propose process improvements to hit targets consistently.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven ability to meet target-based hiring KPIs and close offers in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipelining.
• Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Operational familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining ATS hygiene.
• Strong offer management and negotiation experience to maximise acceptance rates.
• Data-driven approach: comfortable tracking recruitment metrics and using insights to improve sourcing funnels.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Exposure to recruitment CRM tools and passive candidate engagement strategies.
• Prior experience hiring across distributed/remote teams or freelance marketplaces.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record in target-based recruitment, ideally in high-volume or niche hiring contexts.
• Comfortable working fully remote across Indian time zones; strong stakeholder management across locations.
