Role Description

Questrive Tech is looking for a talented and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team to work for European based project. This is a full-time, remote role where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and creating user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web and backend services.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through the defect lifecycle, and verify fixes in subsequent releases.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure clear understanding of features and edge cases.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Contribute to improving QA workflows, automation coverage.
• Ensure software quality metrics are defined, tracked, and reported.

Must Requirements:

• Proficient with English speaking
• Only open to candidates based in European countries due to alignment with project working-hour time zones.

Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect management.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira ) and version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with one of the automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Postman).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
