Network and Communication Lead

We’re currently looking for a Network & Communication Services Manager (Permanent) based in Jeddah, KSA.

In this role, you’d be leading and managing three critical units under Network & Communication Services — Network Infrastructure & Architecture, Voice & Communication Systems, and Wireless/WAN Management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructure, driving LAN/WAN, VoIP, and wireless network performance to align with the organization’s goals.

Key Highlights:

• 15+ years of experience in network & communication services (with at least 3 years in leadership).
• Strong background in Cisco technologies and VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco Call Manager, Genesys).
• Expertise in wireless technologies, WAN optimization, and network monitoring tools.
• Preferred certifications: CCNP, CCIE, ITIL Foundation.
• Based in Jeddah or open to relocation within KSA.
