Role Description
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll own the tactical, technical execution of our digital marketing engine. You’ll bring campaigns to life across all of our marketing channels including HubSpot, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn—optimizing for conversion every step of the way. From managing ad budgets to fine-tuning landing pages, you’ll ensure our demand generation machine runs smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Demand Generation Manager and collaborate closely with the Brand & Content team to translate creative campaign concepts into performance-driven executions that generate qualified leads and measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns in HubSpot—including emails, landing pages, workflows, and lead scoring.
- Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day performance of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns to hit cost-per-lead and conversion targets.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Research keywords, update on-page content, and support technical SEO improvements to drive organic growth.
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring pages are accurate, conversion-ready, and aligned with campaigns.
- Data Integrity: Support HubSpot data hygiene and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right people at the right time with the right message.
- Social & Email Execution: Deploy and manage social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn to support lead gen and brand awareness goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, uncovering insights to guide future strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Brand & Content team to ensure campaign creative and messaging stay on-brand and drive engagement. Partner with content and creative teams to bring social and email calendars to life—ensuring every post or send ladders up to business priorities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) and Google Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO best practices, and CMS management.
- Bonus: Experience managing or updating websites in Shopify.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hungry to grow, highly organized, and eager to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Strong grasp of social media execution (particularly Meta and LinkedIn) and how to build campaigns that perform.
- Optional: Experience managing a social media calendar and/or an email communications calendar across campaigns or audiences.
- Optional: Experience managing or updating websites in Shopify.
- Bonus: Experience copyediting campaign emails and social posts—or briefing in creative needs to the copywriting team with clarity and strategic insight.

LOCATION: This is a remote role.
