🌍 QA Lead (Remote – Eastern Europe)

We’re looking for a QA Automation Lead to join our growing team and take ownership of quality across our workforce management SaaS platform — a product that brings together HR, payments, and fintech in one smart, scalable solution.

💡 What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of 9 QA Engineers (manual + automation)
• Work hands-on with Python, Playwright, and Appium to build and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
• Oversee release management for 3–5 product releases per week, ensuring smooth delivery and top quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, and DevOps teams in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency across the platform.

🧩 What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of QA experience, including team leadership or senior-level coordination.
• Strong skills in Python (or Java, if open to switching to Python).
• Solid background in Playwright, Selenium, and Appium for web and mobile automation.
• Confident in manual testing, release validation, and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills — you’ll be working with distributed teams across Europe.
