About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer (PD-1) who is passionate about creating intuitive, impactful, and delightful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll help design the future of how millions of Indians manage their money through an innovative financial platform.

You’ll take ideas from concept to launch — sketching, prototyping, and refining user interfaces that balance functionality and beauty. Working closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers, you’ll help craft user experiences that are not only visually appealing but also meaningful and scalable.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow beyond UI design, learn product thinking, and eventually influence what gets built, not just how it looks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, user-centric experiences that simplify complex financial interactions.
• Collaborate with senior designers and leadership (PD-2 and CPO) to define design strategy and execution.
• Explore innovative ways to integrate AI tools into design workflows — from validating UX hypotheses to generating UI concepts.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and handoff.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 1–6 years of hands-on experience designing consumer-facing digital products (web or mobile).
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual/UI design skills and exposure to UX or product thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other modern design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional product pods.
• A growth mindset — curiosity about product strategy, analytics, and user behavior.

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience designing fintech or mobile consumer applications.
• Contribution to or management of a design system.
• Interest in motion design, micro-interactions, or high-fidelity prototyping.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma plugins, etc.).
