About the Role

We are looking for a QA Lead to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well across software quality, automation testing, and robust deployment systems.

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated code or logic related to testing frameworks, automation scripts, and quality validation.
• Design, implement, and review test strategies for AI-generated applications, APIs, and systems.
• Evaluate model outputs for correctness, reliability, and compliance with QA standards.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model understanding of modern QA methodologies and automation tools.
• Identify inaccuracies or inefficiencies in test plans, frameworks, or generated scripts and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA automation and manual testing with strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, or PyTest.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman).
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, test case design, and bug tracking systems.
• Interest in building and improving AI-assisted testing frameworks and validation systems.

Note: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to ₹1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to ₹90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
