Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and provide insights that drive business growth.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and product to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations in a dynamic, international environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
