We are hiring for one of our prime clients, seeking experienced PowerPoint Formatting Specialists to support a professional presentation project for a fast-paced organization. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in creating visually consistent, high-quality presentation decks through meticulous layout and formatting work. The position focuses entirely on formatting and design consistency—no content creation is involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and standardize PowerPoint decks to ensure a professional and visually polished final product.
• Apply uniform slide layouts, typography, color schemes, and spacing for cohesive presentation flow.
• Format charts, tables, and graphics in alignment with provided templates or corporate style guides.
• Identify and resolve formatting inconsistencies in multi-author or complex slide decks.
• Implement feedback efficiently and accurately across multiple versions of decks.

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven experience in PowerPoint formatting for corporate or professional-level presentations.
• 2+ years of experience in handling high-volume, deadline-driven formatting projects.
• Strong attention to visual detail, layout precision, and alignment.
• Ability to perform repetitive formatting tasks with consistency and focus.
• Skilled at following detailed brand or formatting guidelines with accuracy.

Opportunity Details

• Expected Availability: Minimum 30+ hours/week.
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours.
• Scope of Work: Strictly formatting and slide design enhancement (no content creation).
• Compensation: $55/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Contract Type: Independent contractor (freelance engagement).
