About The Opportunity

We operate in the Insurance Technology sector, focused on Property & Casualty (P&C) systems that power policy administration, claims processing, and underwriting workflows for enterprise customers. This fully remote role (India) suits a hands-on manual QA specialist who can validate critical insurance flows, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve product quality across integrations and user journeys.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and execute detailed manual test cases and test scenarios covering policy, claims, billing and underwriting workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration (SIT) and user acceptance (UAT) testing across web and API interfaces.
• Validate REST APIs and backend data using SQL and API tools; report reproducible defects with clear steps, impact assessment and logs.
• Manage defects through the lifecycle in JIRA—prioritize issues, coordinate fixes with developers, and verify resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysts and Developers to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria and support release readiness.
• Own test execution metrics and contribute to continuous improvement—test coverage, defect trends and quality gates for releases.

Excellent attention to detail and a bias for clear, structured test artifacts are essential.
