Business Analyst

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving business problems through data? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us translate insights into action — improving performance, processes, and strategy across the organization.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across operations, marketing, and product to analyze data, define requirements, and deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support decision-making through financial and operational insights
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions
• Evaluate business processes and suggest data-driven improvements

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial
• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
