• You will be assigned to 1 of 2 potential shifts.
• Shift 1: 8:00 PM BST - 4:00 AM BST (most common)
• This shift works along-side our USA team and USA clients.
• Shift 2: 7:00 AM BST - 3:00 PM BST
• This shift works along-side our Bangladesh team.

Lab3 is an AI-powered automation company specializing in healthcare automation, marketing solutions, and custom dashboards. We work with medspas, direct primary care clinics, and wellness centers to streamline their operations, generate leads, and enhance patient experience through cutting-edge technology.

We are expanding and looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team and help design custom dashboards, SaaS products, website interfaces, and social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for React.js frontends and Node.js backends with LLM integrations
• create automated test suites using Cypress, Jest, and Playwright
• develop testing frameworks for AI/LLM-powered features and chat interfaces
• perform thorough API testing including WebSocket connections
• conduct performance testing and monitoring
• implement end-to-end testing pipelines in CI/CD environments
• create and maintain detailed test documentation
• collaborate with developers to improve code quality and testability
• validate UI components built with shadcn/ui and complex state management
• ensure cross-browser and responsive design compatibility
• perform security testing and validation of authentication flows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience with modern JavaScript applications
• strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest, Playwright)
• experience testing AI/LLM-powered applications and chat interfaces
• familiarity with React.js component testing and Node.js backend testing
• understanding of API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia
• experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
• knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent documentation and communication abilities
• experience with version control systems (Git)
• basic understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript features
• familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG standards)
