Senior Product Manager

QC Ware is seeking a driven and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our team and support Promethium, our growing molecular discovery platform. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our molecular design platform, empowering customers in the Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals verticals to develop winning molecules faster. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to shape product direction, influence cross-functional initiatives, and work closely with leadership.

What You'll Do

• Understand Promethium’s product offerings, value proposition, competitive landscape, and identify strategic opportunities for the product and company.
• Work closely with engineering, chemistry and design to ship product updates that help drive successful outcomes for our customers.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs, use cases and feedback, write blog posts, product documentation and training materials.
• Own product innovation from ideation to launch, and continuous improvement.
• Be hands-on with day-to-day product operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years experience in product management or relevant equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of the customer experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech space, and a track record of building products that deliver substantial value to customers.
• Ability to independently execute as a highly motivated individual in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Ability to co-ordinate complex product launches across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead product analytics strategy and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
• Comfort in a highly technical domain, and ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Strong operational skills and attention-to-detail in managing day-to-day product operations.
• Proven track record of facilitating product growth from 0-1 or early-stage products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills from the IC-level to the C-Suite.
• A passion for science and technology and trying to advance the molecular discovery process.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• Experience working in the molecular discovery or materials design field.
• Experience working in a startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range:

• $150k - $200k per year

In addition to competitive base salaries, qualified candidates are eligible to participate in a corporate bonus program and equity plan.

Salary may vary based on location. QC Ware’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and geographic region. Within the range, individual pay is set according to job-related skills, experience, competencies, market demand, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
